Back again with another due to the first incident, “Larry” called speaking on behalf of his son who treated a possible client poorly and blamed it on a “medical” condition. Okay cool no hate for that. However the way that excuse after excuse was made in the 7 minute phone call of him saying he’s a “good kid” and proceeded to say “well the review you left was more damaging to me than it was for you” so you’re saying that my time and money I would have been using with this “company” is not worth being treated with respect? Maybe if you had a better knack for treating your clients better you wouldn’t have such bad reviews. Sorry not sorry.

Bought my first house with Larry. Excellent agent. Very knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to Larry. He jumps right on things, if there is something that comes up, he has the experience to solve the problem. I have seen other Realtors at work...he is a step above. Use him.

I have been buying Properties with Larry for over 10-15 years.. When I decided to sell my home that I raised my family in Larry was able to get my wife and I 25k more than we were asking from multiple buyers. After selling our home Larry was able to negotiate a deal on what was supposed to be our forever home for under asking price and he some how was able to get it done with offers being presented for the property higher than ours??? 8 months after moving into our new home we decided it was not what we wanted to do, Larry sold that home in one afternoon. Our current home Larry worked his magic again and secured the deal for over 20k under asking. He is a Wolf amongst Sheep, what some think is “Rude” I totally have experienced as confident, stern and able to back up what he’s saying. If you have your I’s dotted and your T’s crossed prior to seeking a realtor, this is your guy!!
