I cannot recommend this shop highly enough!! This was my first visit here, and I came on a Saturday at 6 PM. Not only were my sister and I warmly received, but they were incredibly helpful while we were deciding on our designs. I was even given a water bottle while I waited!nnMy nail technician was friendly and knowledgeable, and created the prettiest nails I’ve ever received! They have every color of acrylic and gems- it’s like being in a candy shop.nnMy nails were only $45 for a pink acrylic full set and two gems!! I’ve paid so much more for nails that I did not like nearly as much. Needless to say, their great prices allowed me to leave my tech a well deserved tip!nnI’ve been to tons of nail salons across the state in Grand Rapids and Lansing, but Top Nails is *hands down* the BEST place in Ann Arbor to get nails! You won’t regret it ❤ufe0f they have all of my business from now on!

The most unprofessional place I have ever been to. I tried to walk in for acrylics and the last turned me down and said to come back at 4pm. I arrived at 3:55pm and there were two people in front of me. I asked the lady how long it would take and she said 30 minutes or more. Completely unprofessional. She should have turned away the other customers like she did to me since she already had a 4pm appointment. Not to mention they closed at 5pm and I didn’t want rushed nails. I will never be returning.

I went here for the first time today with a friend. They worked us in last minute, which we appreciated. We both got manicures and pedicures and they spent a sufficient amount of time and paid attention to detail. The hand and foot massages were fantastic. The cost was affordable. Will be back!
