My partner and I moved from California to find a home in southwest Michigan and on one Sunday afternoon we decided to look at a house. We called Kevin and he had keys and met us within 2 hours ~ We looked at close to a dozen homes before we found the one we wanted - Kevin got our bid in - against nine other bids - And we got the house !!!! Kevin walked us through all phases of closing and we are now happy homeowners. And this did happen while we were experiencing lockdowns, Kevin stayed on top of masks, gloves, protocol, etc........ We found Kevin by chance and we are so happy we did! He was so down to earth and knew all the answers to our first time buyer questions. He helped us find the perfect house and was patient while we made the decision. Will definitely seek him out again if/when another purchase comes along!

Worst experience for a first time home buyer!! We had a buyers agent through the team and the home we bought was sold my someone else on the team. They lied and said my offer was accepted. We gave our earnest money and got the inspection within the first couple of days. We also had a closing date determined on the papers we signed that day. There was a few minor issues that we wanted to talk with the owners about then we were made aware that the offer was never really accepted and that if we say something to the owners then they can just choose not to accept. So we cut our losses. They then send us new paperwork with the changes that the home owners were able to put in there including a 2 week extension on the closing. Since we had already cancelled our lease on our apartment we were put in a very hard spot. They tried to cover up there mistakes at every corner. They were just trying to make as much money as they could because the buying and selling was going through them. Of course at closing they give you a basket and try to sweet talk you. Then constantly send nice emails like “i hope you are enjoying your home” well they screwed us out of thousands probably because we should have been able to talk to the owners about the issues after the inspection or it should have never been done in the first place since my offer was not accepted. When we went for the last walk through there was multiple things that had changed like a cracked door and they “talked” to the owners and claimed it had “always been there” i love my home but i would never recommend this team. This is only half the story with the most important details. Overall a bad experience.

Renay was wonderful to work with, she listened when we said what we were looking for in our home and was very responsive when we reached out. She was always providing her professional opinion and made the buying process very smooth.
