They don't hold up to their end of the lease. They say they will do law care and snow removal from the driveway. They mow your lawn maybe twice a month, and you have to try and get a hold of them and complain to have your driveway plowed in winter weather, meaning in storms and blizzards when they know they should be out doing their job.
