I’m very upset about my experience I’ve gotten my eyebrows done here before and everything was good. But this recent time the customer service was awful she barely spoke didn’t ask anything just started threading. My eyebrows look worse than they did when I walked in I have several stray hairs left theyre very uneven one of my eyebrows is thicker than the other.
Awesome service and she did an amazing job on my unruly brows.
They are the best. Always love going in there. They give me the perfect eye brows.
Most of the time I come here i come here I have an alright/good experience but this time I came and the worker Selene G. Did a beyond wonderful job. She’s done my eyebrows a few times and each time I absolutely love them!!!
Poor service! I drove from another city to go there and I told the lady that I didn't want her to change the design of my eyebrow and not make it thin, I just wanted to clean it. And she did exactly what I didn't want to! She didn't talk to me about anything and was already doing the job. I came home crying because the eyebrow affects the woman's self-esteem a lot and you have to be very responsible when you go to work with it. The lady didn't even apologize to me !!! I will never return to this place, I do not recommend it to anyone
