My appointment time was 4pm and I didn't get in a chair for service until 4:40. That was the ONLY negative thing I could even mention. Great measures in place for protection for customers and staff. Friendly and professional staff. I got a shellac manicure and my nails are GORGEOUS!! I'll definitely be back!nnOh...there was a customer who got her sister to say she wasn't happy with her nails. I heard the customer repeatedly tell the lady doing her nails that she just wanted clear. Apparently she misunderstood the nail tech telling her that one of the other ladies would do the design she wanted. Anyways, the staff handled it professionally and apologized and tried to have a further discussion, but the woman's sister went ahead and left. I felt bad for the manicurist and the owner.
Just went there for my second time tonight. She was amazing don’t know her nail but love coming here. Very clean unlike some nail salons. They take there time and are very detailed. My new salon

I went there earlier today around 2pm and my pedicure was super rushed and then charged me an extra 5$ to take Shellac off after it said 28$ for a pedicure (everything included). I feel like the prices go up and down constantly. I will definitely go somewhere else rather than here. First time here and the last time. It seemed like they couldn't be bothered to even do the service. Wouldn't reccomend to others.
