Well I am new here and this was my first time renting an apartment by myself I found Mazee the office manager to be very helpful and kind as we signed my lease and explaining everything the best she could. I love the fact that I am closer to work and my family. These apartments are quiet and very homey.

I am so happy I found Lexington Manor apartments. I work in Ann Arbor, and it is so difficult to find a reasonably-priced place in the area. Rhonda has been fabulous from the start - she took me on a tour, explained everything in detail, showed me my exact apartment before I signed my lease, and she always takes my calls and answers all of my questions. I had never been to Brighton before I moved here, but it is a very sweet town with a lot of charm which I like, and it has every amenity you could want. As for the actual apartments, they are old but you can tell they make the necessary improvements. The one bedroom is spacious and mine was freshly painted and has new carpet as well. There is always plenty of parking. Maintenance is so friendly and very responsive. So far, I really like my experience here and I feel so at home.

I lived in the last building for 5 years. Great place for the price!! I work in Ann Arbor and it's convenient to get onto 23 or 96. Walking distance to downtown Brighton was definitely a plus. I only had a few maintenance issues during the time I lived here and the staff was always quick to address them. My neighbors were always respectful and nice.nnPet friendly, playground, pool, storage units available.

Lexington manor is a great community central to everything in downtown Brighton. My wife and I have lived here for 7 years and enjoy all the amenities. Management and maintenance are exceptional and handle all of our matters in a professional manner. The apartments are cozy and quiet; A wonderful place to call home.
