Customer service ok. Braiding reported good. Good pricing compared to others
My hair was braided perfectly. This was 9-5-2015! I ask for a quote over the phone and they said 150 but when I got there to my appointment they just changed it to $200. My appointment was at 8 o'clock in the morning and they did not start till 10 o'clock in the morning and Sarah only took off $20 for the inconvenience. The lady that finally started on my hair was doing a great job but her partner did not show up until later and when she did show up she had food and began to eat it while I was sitting there two hours already into my appointment. As far as in braiding goes I think they do an absolutely perfect job but I think that was very inconsiderate.
Set a appointment with owner and she wasn’t there.She never showed or answered.I had to find someone else to do my nine year olds hair but is just so unprofessional to have me bring my daughter across town.
good customer service and I was very satisfied with my hair
