Julie Klein of Monroe Hair Design has been my stylist since 1998. I love getting just the right cut each time. It's really cool to get a haircut here in Michigan and get stopped on the street in downtown Chicago asking about who does my hair! And, when I get foil highlights, I love that most people think it's natural! And, the best thing about getting the perfect hairstyle is that it comes with a warm, friendly and uplifting experience. After I've visited with Julie, I always feel uplifted and happier. All that has kept me coming back and loving it!
Very disappointed & angry. Went there, for the first time, to get a perm. The person that was assigned to me was a young girl who had never done a perm before. It took a long time to get the rollers in because the owner kept telling her it was wrong & had to be re-rolled. I told the owner what size roller my hair needed because I’ve been through this many times. She disagreed & insisted on using a larger size. Result.......the worst perm I have ever had. The price I was charged for the girl to use me as a learning experience...$93 !!!
Great local business for a quick and modern cut. Super friendly and Lisa and Jordan are the best.
