Rude phone service. I called to inquire about setting up a service for our new building and was treated poorly by a woman so full of ego I never even got a quote. Answering basic questions is obviously too much to expect from Derrer Oil and Propane.nnWhat size tank do most standard 3 bedroom home use? Not too hard of a question at all. And what a wasted opportunity to make a sale by a fool mouthed employee.
Don't ever expect them to make change ($) because they refuse or they never have it *eye roll* don't shop here less its your last option their night crew after 5oclock can be rude workers at times, or plain inconsiderate there is one attendant Jeannie I think her name is. That is sweet and nice to bad the rest reflects the whole Establishment.
Best made to go salads, and subs in town!
