The place shares space with the market, tucked back against a knoll along the shore and came highly recommended by locals. My hubby chose a right out of the ocean fresh lobster with all the trimmings while I got the lobster roll with butter. Service was quick, the lobster was tender and sweet, and we had a great view of the water at the outdoor dining tables.
Fish chowder was delicious. Lobster roll was good but not great. Mostly shredded meat with a claw on top. Decent amount.
It is a pretty good place to get crab and lobster rolls. Not my favorite in the State, but very good. Super fresh and tasty. Cole slaw meh not very good. But who goes there for the Cole slaw
First-timers to Eastport simply cannot leave this place off their must-visit list. It's a classic, seaside, open-air restaurant. Worth the wait, if you arrive after a line has formed. If there's a cool chill or breeze, you can always grab the few insude seats. But dock-view is best!
Simple. Fresh. Delicious. These kind of places are becomming more and more rare.
