It was a breeze to setup a visit for a quote, however, when I received the first quote back, it listed the final cost as three separate values, more than 50% apart. I emailed with the sales manager back and forth several times, but he couldn't actually clarify which quote is correct, he seemed confused about the whole issue. I heard good things about this company and I wish I had an opportunity to hire them, but if there is this much confusion and misleading with something as straight forward as a quote, it really doesn't bode well for the rest of the project.

I had a furnace, oil tank, indirect water heater and a split pump put in. Everyone in this process was excellent. Matt, in sales, Diana in the office and installation crew, Ethan,Chris,Carmen and the plumber were by far the best and most professional group that I've seen. All were personable and hard working. Everything looks and works great. I definitely made the right choice by going with Gelinas. Would absolutely recommend them for HVAC work. Thanks again, Sincerely, Richard and Tamara Berube

Gelinas diagnosed severe problems with our old boiler system that our previous heating company completely missed. Installed new, high efficiency gas boiler in complex system with care and precision. very clear communications, very prompt arrival and complete clean up. Removed difficult oil tank without any mess or spills. Excellent!

I was stressed when I learned that I needed to replace an entire heating system, which (in the final analysis) was a conversion from oil to propane. I took the time and trouble to get quotes from 4 companies, and only considered those who took the time to meet on site and talk through all the options. Gelinas was my choice for a few reasons, not the least of which was that sales rep Matt provided solid info and instilled confidence for this unexpected and expensive project. Btw, he didn't disappear, but showed up during install to make sure scope of work was exactly as promised. The technicians (Ethan and another personable guy) showed know-how and respect, and explained everything very well. Office staff (Michelle) have been terrific as well. So far, I am very satisfied with Gelinas and would definitely recommend them.
