They work so hard at this place but being next to the Mall means so many people and such lines. Being drive through only due to the pandemic just makes that worse.nnStill, I refuse to give them less than 5* because they are busting their butts and doing their best. Keep on being awesome.
Kinda bummed I had to go thru drive thru because the lobby is shut down except for pick up orders!! Great food I recommend KFC famous bowl!!
Not respect. No butter no silverware ..... We never have plm with KFc for years but portland maine ..oh sad
Not once have I gotten my order correct when I come here. We finally decided to stand up to them and ask for a refund but the manager was very rude and unprofessional. She had no clue what she was talking about and told us gift cards don’t exist. She would not take responsibility for what happened and acted like we were in the wrong somehow. Never had a good experience here...
Omg worst experience EVER!!!! It literally took 45mins to get food from the moment I got in line to go inside. They're only allowing one person inside at a time. Even though there's clearly enough room for more, and still maintain the appropriate social distancing protocols (I'm a business owner so I can accurately speak on that fact). The time it took to actually get my order. Geezum 15mins!! That's after I finally got inside the building. I watched at least 20 other customers leave due to the wait time. If I was the owner of that location I'd be doing some secret watching to see how your managers are running the place and see for yourself how much business you're actually losing versus how much business you're serving.
