Both Mary and Mike were great to work with. They were very flexible and fit us into a tight scheduling window. Their knowledge of the process and expertise is impressive, and the carpet cleaning far exceeded our expectations. They were also very reasonably priced as I received quotes from several local providers. I highly recommend Excel - we will be using them again and sharing their info with our family and friends.
