Prime Real Estate

I used prime real estate and Annette fields April of 2016. This was my first time buying a house and the experience was horrible. I had to find all my houses I wanted to see and getting a call back was a battle. Finally found a house, then I received numerous calls from the mortgage coming throwing Annette under the bus saying she wasn't so her Job and she was the hold up. So offer fell through and I had $500 earnest money invested. Annette then said i should find another house. So I did. Upon looking at it numerous times I questioned whether the water softener was owned or rented. I was told it was owned. So finally made an offer being advised we would close with no money down and then work in getting the 500 earnest money. Well it was all lies. Never heard from Annette again after closing. Finally contacted clarence Webb in her office for help. He assured he would do everything to fix this. That he would get the 500 returned and reimbursement for the water softener. Well here it is a year later and nothing. Every time talking with Clarence he would make smirking noises and laugh like I was stupid. I am a single mother and got screwed by this company. I would not recommend anyone here. My first home turned into a nightmare.
