Safe and comfortable store to shop during these weird times!!
Service desk people are excellent and handled returns efficiently. Unfortunately the store has changed all self check stations to use gun scanners instead of flat bed. No one is sanitizing and I'm nervous about that. The two cashier's refused to help scan and said I need to wait for the single manned check out line. Of course he had a problem with his order and I have up waiting after ten minutes. Fortunately the pro lines were not too long. The problem here is that it depends who is on duty. Some team members would have helped me scan.
Unfortunately, the service has gone downhill in Issaquah. It seems very few employees know what to do or how to locate anything. On another note, management needs to have a meeting with all their employees and explain. To them how to properly wear a mask. I’ve seen numerous employees with their noses exposed. Kind of defeats the purpose of a mask. Cover your noses!
