My two daughters went in today, 2/13/21, to get their acrylic nails removed. The technicians did not soak the nails and instead pried them off with another acrylic tip. Both girls fingers were cut and still 5 hours later tender. Then after the acrylic nails were removed, the technicians cut the nails with clippers straight across - no filing no shaping nothing. Unbelievable.
