It is most definitely required to wear a mask while serving food by the governor. The other woman working named Bonnie is wearing a mask and was very helpful and kind. Get rid of Jenna and give Bonnie a raise! If Jenna cannot wear a mask due to health issues then get her away from my food.

Management is terrible. Young employee named Rylee is great, friendly, and makes fantastic sandwiches. Best meatball sub with extra mayo I’ve ever had.

Hi I just ordered online and picked up $27.00 worth of rotten vegetables and frozen chicken. I can't even eat this food . I would not expect this from a new building. You lost my business. Disappointing!!!

New management seems to be not up to the same standards as previous management. From what it seems, whoever runs it now, does not care for their employees and treats them unfairly. Very rude, impatient, and not genuinely kind. I know these are hard times, however that is more of a reason to be kind to the workers, and customers that come in and still support the business. I frequent this location a lot, sometimes multiple times a week, and will not be returning until this issue is properly dealt with, by possibly getting a new manager, or at least re-training the one they have to be better at leading and dealing with customers. I have worked in the food industry for a long time, and while it can be stressful, it is possible to be a good manager, by working as a team. Not forcing your work onto your employees. Side note: the eye rolling at customers has to stop, as it is unprofessional.

They have very nice employees, and they all have my order to the tea. They are very efficient and always ask if you need anything else. I love this Subway, and highly recommend it.
