Jeff got me all the information I requested in a timely matter. Made an offer never got a counter just submit another letter of intent not knowing if you are the high bidder. I don’t care for Sean Delaney who goes around bragging to strangers on how much they are selling. Tried to give them some feed back but got told where to go see below. “Appreciate your feedback but no need to re think our business practice. In terms of self storage our team has sold $275M so far this year, have $225M under contract, and $113M on the market for sale. All done via the same process so it's not old school.” These are good numbers but they are selling items they don’t own so I feel sorry for some of the clients that sold for under market value to produce these numbers.
