Stay away if you care about your money and your sanity. I rented for a year. I vacant the rented property from them on May 14th today is July 8. I still have not received my $1995 deposit from them. I sent emails and texts no one cares to respond. I’m still awaiting for someone to call or text me about my $1995 deposit. I’m still waiting for some type of communication from Fundamental Property Management. Al Ramirez was the person who inspected the apartment and I returned the keys to him. The apartment was rented right of way. If they decided to keep my deposit, I deserved some kind of explanation. This is just insane that a property management company would take your deposit with no kind of communication. I will try every avenue to understand the reasons my deposit is not returned.

I am a property owner who's property is, until the 90 day notice period is over, being managed by Al Rameriz and Fundamental Property management. I have continually needed to hound them for the rent. My current tenant has been there for 4+ years, and I've only gotten the rent, that the tenant pays on the 1st of each month, on time a handful of times. For instance this past month I gave Fundamental their 90 day termination notice, and instructed the tenant to pay me directly. The rent from the month of September came in the begining of October, days after the tenant paid me for October.nnI have heard from my tenant that they are impossible to reach, which I believe since I have not been able to reach them for months, and they never return a call, email, lawyer letter, or text.nnI would advise against doing business with this company on either side, owner or tenant.
