Horrible customer service! I do not know who they hire but that location is very unprofessional employees/managers that do not know anything about customer service. I have been in the fast food industry for 15 years. They need to start hiring better customer service they just lost my business if I were you I would definitely look for another Taco Bell that treats their customers a lot better than this location.
It was 5 minutes before they closed and one of the only restaurants opened. I was staving. I was sure I was going to get some old food but it was good and fresh and the customer service was excellent. I called home about this experience.
The outside looked well maintained. The staff had good customer service skills from taking the order, to the finished product. I can appreciate when the staff can interact with the customers with a positive attitude. They made everyone's food, exactly how we ordered it and it tasted great. The painted mural on the side was neat to check out while we waited in the drive thru, which moved quicker than I was expecting.

Worst Taco Bell location that I've ever been to. Consistently they close earlier than what their hours specify. They get our order wrong every time we go and are very rude. It's a pity this is the only one within 15 miles of us but the extra drive time is worth it at this point. Will not be returning.
