I moved into my apartment building 8 months ago and I have had a laundry issue with Family Pride contracted equipment at least once every 2 weeks. With my first problem, I took a video of the inoperable machine and I was assured via email that I would be refunded by mail. I confirmed I provided them with the correct mailing information, but 8 months later I still have yet to receive a refund. The second time this occurred with a different machine in the same laundry room, I emailed and called, but never received a response. The same happened with the third occurrence. Not only do they refuse to refund, but they refuse to communicate in a timely manner. There are units in my building with in-unit laundry, and one of my biggest mistakes was not choosing one of those. Avoid these machines at all costs.

First dryer in the condo complex card reader stopped working in October of 2020. Called left a voicemail and reported it. After reporting it three weeks in a row , a sign was placed on the dryer stating that the part has been ordered in December. Machine was unplugged in February since the part had not gotten here yet( I do not know what planet this part has been ordered from that it is not here as of today). The dryer was plugged back in this week with note saying that it works with coins( this means they will probably not replace the card reader and I have to start going to the bank to buy rolls of quarters again) I attempted and put coins in the dryer and it did not work and it ate my coin. Have a similar issue with another dryer since a month ago but it works with coins. They never return your call ( the voice mail states to leave your name , number, unit ,address and the issue). Why ask for phone number when you will never call back??? I am surprised how they are still in business with this type of service. I hope the condo complex will get rid of this company and go with a better company.

Lost my money in a machine.nCalled and reported this.nReceived a callback promptly and they issued a check for my refund.nNot sure why there are so many negative reviews.nMy situation was handled promptly and efficiently, and I was refunded.

Their terrible website would not let me make an account so I am not able to add money onto my laundry card using a debit card. And there is no customer support that I can find to fix this problem.

Their website is slow and nearly unresponsive. They don't have any available hours so if you have an issue you have to wait for them to call you back as it seems like no matter the hour or day no one ever picks up. Some of the machines aren't even listed on their website creating a guessing game as to when your laundry will be finished since there isn't a timer on the machines themselves.
