Nice people, great service.
I have been going to Verlare for some time now. I spend a good some of money every year. Lately there has been some continuous mistakes. The manager Robert reached out and was very professional and has addressed the issue quickly. I appreciate that very much.
Avoid at all cost. They ruined a pair of velvet pants, and the owner just opened the cash drawer and slapped a five dollar bill and and a one dollar bill on the counter. It was a refund for what I paid to get the pants cleaned. Turned and walked away. (they pressed a hard crease in palazzo velvet pants- nap was ruined.)
Not happy at all, we used to drive over 30 minutes to our cleaner lady thought we would give this cleaner a chance since it's local. Terrible idea, clothes is just washed not even dry cleaned. Shirts and pants are completely wrinkled, I asked to speak to a manager to help me fix this issue as we a wedding I attend and it was pointless she said there was nothing she could do as the boilers were off? Not even willing to resolve the issue, I will not be coming back.
