We have had BDK out to clean our carpets each year for past several years and they do an exceptional job! The carpets and stairs are very refreshed and crisp and holds up well, despite our dogs. Thanks again!
I don't typically leave reviews, but Norm (the carpet technician) was such a pleasant and knowledgeable person. There was a stain in the dining area I was certain they couldn't remove. However Norm steam cleaned the carpet twice and the stain lifted. I would highly recommend them

I have only been working with BDK for a short time but am very happy with their immediate response to any issues. I manage a large condo association for which BDK provides the janitorial work. They provide weekly reports and pictures to support any issues that need repairs. They are also very capable of fixing many of the issues that they find and report. I have had especially great service dealing with Paula and I hope to continue working together with BDK in the future. Thanks for the great service guys!
Completely Impressed!!! On time, professional, dedicated, reasonably priced and took the time to do the job right. I thought I would have to replace all the carpeting in my home as it was so bad from the previous owner but BDK Quality Services saved the day and my bank account.
