I had another wonderful experience today getting my lashes done. Tiffany always does a great job! The Salon is always clean and very professional.nSo happy I found Occhi!

This is the only place I trust with my lash extensions. I live in Chicago and it a quite a trek to travel to Oak Brook bi-weekly for a fill, but it is well worth it!! I have tried literally every single lash extension salon in Chicago and nothing compares to Occhi. Shelly is an absolute artist when it comes to lashes. She is quick and efficient, yet super talented. She really understands what looks best on each eye shape and caters your lash extensions to your unique eye. She is also such a sweetheart and makes the process relaxing and enjoyable.

I went to Occhi Lash and Brow Studio for my first ever set of lash extensions. My experience was very good. The environment was very relaxed and everyone was very kind and helpful. Like I said, this was my first time so they took the time to explain the process to me and all the after care as well. I absolutely LOVE my lashes and have had so many positive comments on them. They are super easy to take care of and have stayed very well so far. I have had very little fall out and I’m a week in. This place is awesome, I’m going back asap!

Very disappointed in their service today. The girl i have been going to for a few years left so I decided to see someone new. The prices at Occhi tend to be on the higher side as their quality of work is normally very good. Had my service completed and paid a high price for mediocre work from the new person. I enquired about getting my eyebrows touched up with mircoblading which i have had done there in the past at a resonable price. Now I was quoted almost double the price of what I normally use to pay because I was told the new girl has 6 years experience. I am completely insulted.I was once a loyal customer and now I will never set foot back there. Not a very nice way to value your long term customers! I guess to them it really is all about the $$$! Anyway onto the next place!
