Walk-ins are not welcome at this location. I tried walking in 4 times in two days and still haven’t gotten a haircut. The woman never told me there were online check-ins ahead of me and just pretended I wasn’t there while she called the people who walked in 20 minutes after me. The last attempt the man she called before me wasn’t even checked in online. He just claimed that he did.

Went in only for straight haircut(1 layer) Cut everything same level right on top of my shoulders no layers. Wash my hair, sat in chair and started cutting. She asked again cut everything right by top of my shoulders. Got home. OMG Worst experience I’ve ever had. All uneven Awful haircut. I thought you wash, dry with blow dryer and then cuts. Price $19.95. Stood there waiting for my change. On fixed incomes and still didn’t receive my change. Little changes do add up

Very rude staff horrible experience. Staff in extronics was short with me and it seemed like I was pulling his teeth out. I will not be going back to Walmart. I'd much rather spend extra money at Costco or Sam's club for better shopping experience.

I went in to get a blow dry style. When I walked in no one wanted to take care of me. Which I should’ve walked out then and there but I needed my hair styled. Between the workers they were going back and forth on who should take care of me . I got shampooed and then she blow dried my hair. She did nothing of what I asked for which was volume and I stated that once she was done. She kind of got upset that she had to redo my style but then continued to BURN my hair with a hair straightener. Did not use product (heat protection, texturizing cream nothing) mind you and after she was done I had to ask for hair spray. Horrible experience it was NOT worth 50 dollars. After I left, I went home showered again and did my own hair. Also while I was there they had a client and they did not disinfect after he left. If I could leave zero stars I would.
