Rebecca is absolutely amazing! We have now worked with her on two purchases, the first time was 3 years ago for our very first home purchase and the second time was this month on our very first investment property purchase. Her diligence is impeccable and consistent; on both purchases, she moved quickly on setting up the viewings, initiating contract offers when we were ready, and all other steps in the process; Rebecca focuses on the process as a whole and works with others (lender and attorneys) on ensuring the process keeps moving. Rebecca goes above and beyond to make sure you as the buyer feel comfortable and are fully aware she is there for you. She made sure we were prepared for next steps as we moved through the purchase process and she advised with transparency which was greatly appreciated. Lastly, Rebecca has an amazing and genuine personality, she is truly a joy to work with! Talk about passion! Rebecca Howard is the first realtor that we have worked with in our search to find our first ud83cudfe1 and by far deemed her to be one of the best. She you connected us with our lender who was great and got us a very great deal at a 2.75%. There were times when it may have been late at night and I would send her a message about a house that I saw she didn't hesitate to respond. She was very patient with us and helped us find the home of our dreams everything that we were looking for. We couldn't ask to work with anyone greater. We I truly happy and love our home.

Ms Rebecca has been a God's send to me. I owned a condo many years ago and it was a walk in the park compared to the steps it takes to find a home get financed and walk through.nMrs Howard has been there every step of the way. Even when she should have been done and the rest on me, she still continued to hold my hand (sort of speak) and I'm grateful. Otherwise I would have moved into a brand new home needed all types of repairs. She explained everything to me in a way I understood. I almost want her to help with decorating.nVery professional and helpful.nShes truly a blessing.
