My husband and I are enjoying our residential experience here at The Residences of Orland Park Crossing! We are going on our second year here and are proud to say that we absolutely love our home and the friendly neighborhood! We also have a great relationship with all the staff, office and maintenance, and are proud to say that whenever there is a need for work to be performed the staff is very prompt to answer the call. I’m also happy to state that our maintenance needs have been very few! Our row home is very comfy and spacious, the grounds are manicured on a consistent basis, we love the close proximity of the numerous eating establishments, Mariano’s grocery store and also the mall is a very short distance away. The bike trail is really close and extremely exhilarating! We love it here!!!

We loved living here the first year, however our second year things went downhill. The walls are super thin, so unless you are on the top floor, expect to deal with a good amount of noise.nnWe got charged a cleaning fee for the carpets even though they are 6 years old and needed to be replaced. We were also promised a carpet cleaning with renewal of our lease, which we never got and then got charged for normal wear and tear. Very disappointing.nnOverall, the community is one of the best in the area and we enjoyed living here, minus the few things mentioned above.

Do not live here if you have any sort of social life. Quiet hours are 10pm-8pm every day of the week. You WILL get continuous noise complaints if you have more than 1 guest over for being a “nuisance” The building is so thin and you can hear every apartments conversation when standing in the hallway. I regret choosing this apartment, even though it looks nice from a distance, it absolutely does not fit a young persons lifestyle. I encourage you to look elsewhere if you enjoy having company on the weekends. You will not be allowed to do this at OP Crossing without getting a list of noise violations.

I cam to live at Residences OPC after the death of my husband. I prayed and asked God for direction and he led me here. It has been a blessing living here to the point that I don't want to leave. The management team is second to none!!!! Thank for having such a safe and wonderful place for people to live. I thank God for sending here as i heal and continue my journey through life!
