This was by far the worst place I have ever lived. Was told by management that it was ok for my downstair neighbors to bump music so loud that my floor was shaking until midnight. Constant problems with roaches and bed bugs. I didn’t even know what a bed bug was until I moved here. The cleanliness of the common areas was disgusting. If someone spilt something it was left for days. Packages were constantly stolen. They made sure to raise rent every year. Management never returned phone calls and to top it off the police constantly were patrolling the lots writing tickets. The only positive thing I have to say about this place is the portal to pay rent was quick and easy to take your money.

I have been here 5 years and counting! Started in a 2 br and upgraded to a 3 br 2 bath. I for one can speak on the atmosphere! Because, some of these reviews are just plum ridiculous!nnYou move in a place, you make it your own, and that’s just what I’ve done. I love my unit! I have no problems with pests, thank God! But, if I do, I keep things on hand to handle the situation. Ants are really the only things I see! But, nothing I cannot handle.nnThe community is kid friendly and my son is an introvert, but, he has a few of the kids he love being outside with! It’s the people that makes the atmosphere horrible! Has nothing to do the the management, or the atmosphere itself, it’s the people! You are what you allow or create! I don’t allow the kids in our building playing in hallways etc! If I see it, I’m gone say something don’t care who don’t like it! I’m much respected as someone not to play with!nnI love it here! Don’t plan on leaving no time soon, unless I purchase a home! Until then, The Oaks of Willow Hill is my home and will continue to be! Great community to live in.

It was a hot mess. Called n made an appt to see a 1 bedroom. Got there to find out there was no apts available. How you going to talk to someone for 25 mins n schedule an apt for no dam reason.

I was told by the rental agent not to apply for an apartment there until February since the pandemic. Just deleting this spot out of my apartment search.
