Many residents have been living at Pinnacle Properties for over 10 years. All of these residents are older more mature people. There are also college students.nFor the most part everyone greets each other outside their apartment in a friendly manner.nThey treat their neighbors with respect. Take parking for example. There is no assigned parking. The tenant's park where they park out of respect for each other! No one violates this! It's unspoken it just is what it is, respect. If you get stuck, people who can help, do help each other.nNoise, the noise cut off is 11pm to 8am. This is also respected for the most part.nThe Maintenance men live on the property. This is a big advantage. You don't wait for forever to get something fixed. That's if something does wear out or break.nYou can have pets.nThere are storage units, I don't know if they are always available. Ask.nIt is plowed and salted in the winter.nThere is a building with washers and dryers in the basement available to the tennants. I think the cost is $1.5 to wash and $1.5 to dry.nI will not say every resident is perfect. Thats silly. Everywhere has a few bad people and some problems .nI will say this about that; I truly believe that because maintenance lives on the property they try to be as aware of the issues as possible, and they address them in a timely manner.

I have lived here at one of there apartments they promise and promise to fix all and always have two weeks and soon for an answer nothing ever gets done. Now with this pandemic I was a little short on my rent and they charge me a late fee. I should charge them fees for all that needs repair. Not to mention I'm infested with ants they can't do nothing about oh but traps. Not happy won't be renewing my lease at all

Safe place to livenPlenty parking,friendly peoplenMaintenance on duty and responds within hours of calling with problemnBeen here for 5 yrs. Enjoy living here. Very reasonable rent. Located near store and restaurants.

I have lived here at the Pinnacle apartments for almost 2 years and have found that the people here are nice and friendly. All concerns with my apartment have been fixed and I like they way they are caring and are here to help. It is also quiet and peaceful just the way I like it.
