Today was the day I gave Taco Bell another chance. I wish I would’ve stayed away. Josh, seemed very upset from the time he took my order until the time I left. I said thank you multiple times throughout my time there without him even acknowledging me. I understand it is a hard time to be working but he shouldn’t take it out on customers. No more chances, more customer service training is needed.
For me Taco Bell is one of those places that feels nostalgic. Just something about it makes me keep coming back to it besides the fact that their food is to my liking ud83dude01
two times in a row last week and this week. both times i ordered NACHOS and CHEESE. and both times they have messed up my order this time I check before I left and said I ordered 3 chips and cheeses. pulled forward and they still only gave me 1. why does this keep happening. also I said I called last time they told me the apperantly their phone is broke. I don't like to complain but this needs to be fixed.
Pretty consistent taco bell... Other ones always mess up my order. This one is a solid pick!
Well I didn't go, but pretty bad customer service. The other day, they were out of the cheddar chalupas so I tried to call them today to ask before heading there. The phone rang and rang with no answer. Why have a phone number if you never answer it?
