Waxing The City

Tried my first Male Brazilian wax ever and was a pleasant one! My waxer was friendly and made me feel comfortable (especially when dealing with some delicate things). They were able to answer any of my curious questions with confidence and accuracy. I even got to learn something new about my own hair follicles! They definitely will be seeing me again! 1st time going to Waxing The City. Andi, my cerologist did great. Having conversations while getting the services that I requested helped me be distracted from the waxing. I like how she pay attentions to detail and checks up to see how I'm doing. Definitely going back in a month.

I have been coming in on and off for about a year now and I noticed there was some positive changes this summer and it seemed this place was improving. The girls were always so happy to see me and every single time I walked in I was greeted with a smile or giggles. I loved the front desk, the manager and all the cerologists - each one I have had has been nothing but amazing; they were all knowledgeable, patient and professional. But the reason for my low review is that since coming in last month, it seems the morale and the atmosphere has changed. I don't know what it is, but something has changed and it's abundantly clear. The employees alone, I give 5 stars
