We ordered a cheese pizza and the lady told us 7 minutes at 2:24 we pulled forward and parked. At 2:38 we decided to drive back up to the drive thru and they told us one sec. got our pizza at 2:40.nAGAIN WE ORDERED 1 PERSONAL PIZZA.

My experience at taco was ok. The only thing I didn't like was we had to go back in 20 minutes and then they got the order wrong.

Poor service.Bad communication.Did Not care about customers .I Dont understand a word about exsplaining the menue and at the end giving me an atitude.Refunded my money and told me to go away..Unbelivable.I say I will complain about it and they say they dont care????So disapointed.

Went there today, truly disappointed. For starters, I always pay extra because I substitute the beef with chicken. I went to the northlake location drive thru, I didn't recieve my receipt nor my change and I realized when I got home because I was missing a taco that I paid almost $4 for. Also, pretty disappointing that I pay extra for each individual item for the chicken substitution only to recieve a mediocre amount of chicken, seemed as if I ate lettuce with sour cream, tomato and cheese only. I did receive an apology and my change and refund for the item that I didn't recieve, but still frustrating that this happened and that I had to go twice! Never going back to this location!

The girl with the burgundy hair was super polite and made me feel welcome and the cheese quesadilla were on point I highly recommend
