After discovering that my families vacation home had suffered water damage from a leaking valve under the kitchen sink. We called Service Master in St. George. They came right out and got to work on our claim. Chad Forbes and the entire team have been wonderful to work with. They are professional and very knowledgeable about their trade. It's never fun to deal with water damage, especially when you're on vacation, but these guys have done a great job at relieving our stress. I highly recommend them!
Sunday 1:00 am on a holiday weekend: terrible timing for a house flood! Chad Forbes, Pedro, and Pepe seemed to be rescuing angels to us! In the week that followed I was continually grateful for their responsiveness, professionalism, thoroughness, and experience. They were very good about messaging back and forth with me and my insurance. We had several extenuating circumstances which they worked around. I felt their genuine care and concern for our family. I will refer my friends to them and call them without hesitation in the future. I am so grateful we called AAA!
Ron and his team did an outstanding job in not only responding when he said he would but doing the job thoroughly. I would recommend him and his team to anyone who was in the same predicament that I was in having failure of my shower.
