These guys are great! Very personable and they did an outstanding job with our carpet and tile floors. We have dogs so there’s a lot of wear and tear and after they finished I could have bet the carpet was brand new. I highly recommend them 😊
These people are wonderful! They are friendly, considerate and punctual. My carpets have not looked this good since they were installed. I will definitely be calling them back when the need cleaning again. I felt the pricing was also reasonable.
This family owned team did an AMAZING job on my carpet. I didn’t expect it to look this good. They were hardworking and extremely thorough, explaining each step of the way. I hired them to try and remove the previous tenants pet odor so they pretreated the carpet with a special spray. I could seem the line of filth from where they hadn’t cleaned yet and had finished. So happy with my new clean carpets. Would definitely recommend and use this company again!
Elite carpet cleaning did a wonderful job. They were on time, professional, and friendly. I felt like they cleaned the carpets as they would have if it was their own home. I would definitely recommend them to anybody thinking about cleaning their carpets. :-)
The cleaning was well done. I was charged an extra $20 charge for living in Leeds, but that charge was never communicated to me until the end. I watched the service people go around the corner from my house and dump their cleaning tank on the street. Inspected the down stairs and found 3 corners on the walls that had been beat up, scuffed, and paint chipped off. Definitely will use someone else next time.
