I've never written a review for anything before but these ladies were wonderful. We were in a bind and needed some help right away and they came and did a great job. We were moving and needed help with the finish cleaning so not only did they do a great job cleaning they professionally and kindly worked along side some stressed out people (us). Will be using again and referring regularly. Thank you 2 Local Gals Housekeeping!!

I MUST post a review, because after about a year as a customer, I LOVE this company. Admittedly, I’m not always an easy client to deal with. I’ve asked for something different nearly every time they’ve cleaned for me, and with two elderly Alzheimer’s parents living with us, sometimes it’s pretty unpleasant. Today I called to see if a quick sparkling tomorrow would be available, not on my regular schedule, and the answer was Yep! No problem. Always nice, always thorough, always work with me if my plan changes. As our little city becomes bigger, and more competition pops up, this housekeeping provider will be at the top, no doubt.

We have been so pleased with 2 Local Gals. The teams are always efficient, professional, hard working and get the job done. We have hired them several times for various occasions. Recently we had them come to my daughters home, as she is getting ready to bring home a new baby. The house was organized, deep cleaned, they even helped fold and put away laundry, and change bedding and remake the beds for us. This service has helped us focus on our family, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you for your wonderful service and care.

We hired 3 girls to clean our home. We are charged for 17.5 hours of cleaning! I was not home when the cleaners were done but was told I could pay over the phone. When I did get back to the house, it was not at all what I asked for! The toilets and sinks were not even cleaned! Dirty baseboards and dusty blinds.The lady I spoke to on the phone, when I paid, told me to let her know if there were any issues. I emailed her as soon as I got back to the house and have still never received a response. I paid almost $500 for them to clean my home and then property management took $460 out of my deposit because it was not anywhere near clean! Two gals cleaning is a Rip off! In response to your response. Our house was not in "bad shape" what so ever! 1 blind broke when she was cleaning it. I was not at the home when they were done, I did not check room by room and the reason I am giving the bad review now is because I was busy moving but think people should know how your business works. I emailed you the very next morning when I saw the home for the first time since your girls had cleaned it and got no response from you. This email proves that you are very dishonest or have no clue what kind of job your cleaners do. I too have photos from before and after the home was cleaned. Giving 1 star is being generous. You had 3 cleaners there all day long and they didn't do very basic cleaning. -Amanda
