As our agent, Bud Amos was on top of things from day one and extremely responsive to our numerous requests!nnBud arranged with the sellers for us to walk the property and left with an extensive list of questions to research. Much to our surprise, Bud had most if not all the answers the very next day. Furthermore, we pestered him ~ 5 or 6 more times for follow-up viewings of the property. Again, Bud handled our requests without hesitation and remained focused on our needs from the very beginning to the end at title closing.nnAs an aside, my wife and I remain in contact with Bud even after the business portion of the relationship is now complete as we like him that much.nnAll that to say if you are planning to purchase or sell a home, I HIGHLY recommend Bud Amos to represent you as your agent...you will not be sorry!nnMark A.

My husband and I decided to put a bid on a home several months ago. Jessica was so helpful and wonderful to work with! She made suggestions, checked in with me, and did her best for us. Love the entire McGuire Group! They love their small town and are proud of their business. Highly recommend!

We completed the purchase of our condo through the Mandy McGuire Group. Don Voelker was our agent. He was professional and responsive. He showed us numerous listings until we narrowed down what we were really looking for. Don walked us through the the contract phase and the loan and inspection processes and stayed in contact all the way through closing and answered our questions. I would recommend contacting Don for either a purchase or sale. He's from Columbia so he is very familiar with Monroe County and surrounding area.

Mandy and her team were outstanding throughout the entire home selling process! My wife and I were both victims of incredibly dynamic schedules and work commitments, yet Mandy was patient and understanding despite the frustrating circumstances. She went out of her way to make sure our home was ready for sale; we were at ease throughout the process because of her expertise!nnI absolutely recommend Mandy and her team for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the IL/MO area; I guarantee you will not find anyone better.

Bud is the best to work with. He is very professional and personal. He makes you feel like family. There could not be a better person to trust with such an important event in your life, as buying or selling a home. I highly recommend Bud and the MMG group.
