PSI has outstanding customer service. They call when they say they'll call and show up on time to do the repair. In my case, there was an additional issue (not their fault) after the installation of a water heater and they made sure the issue was resolved. They even followed up with a call a week later to make sure all was still working as expected. Excellent service!
Needed water main into the house replaced. Team was right on time, repairs made in estimated time and estimated costs. Very pleased and if needed will be working with the team again.
I live in an older home and needed repairs to the shower. Decided on a remodel. Wanted someone in the area so I would not get killed with mileage charges. PSI was a random pick and I am NOT disappointed. Friendly people from office staff to workers. I would recommend them to family and friends and should the need arise, I will use them again.
Kudos to Sean and team. Our water heater went out. Placed a call to Libby and in no time, Sean and his workers were here to replace and install a new one. Much appreciated! Highly recommend.
PSI and his team are always hard working, polite and on time! - can't ask for more than that - as everyone knows when anything pertaining to water/sewer/clogged pipes happens its never at a good time - but Shawn Jones and his crew make it right as fast as possible and gets you back up and running as fast as possible.
