Very good place to live. Since the homes are owned, there is not the transience here as there are in other trailer home parks. The landlord is pleasant and helpful and responsive to any problems that may arise. I find it very nice to live here and since I own my own home, I plan to stay here as it's the best I've seen in this entire area.
