Good value for what you get, I currently live in a two bedroom 1 bath apartment by myself and is more than enough room. Their user portal to sign a lease, pay rent and make maintenance requests is super easy to use. As an international student, I was able to set up my lease easily from England. Staff in the office are super friendly and accommodating with move in/out dates and adjustments to leases.nnIf I am being picky the cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen could use refurbishing, other than that I am more than happy.

We had a fantastic experience with Woodruff management. We lived there for three years. Jeff and his group are very kind, responsive, and gentle. I strongly recommend anyone who looks for a safe and clean place to reach out to woodruff management.

I enjoyed living here. I would still be there if I did not have to relocate. I highly recommend calling Woodruff Management if you are looking for a nice affordable place to stay. They have properties throughout Carbondale. The office staff are very helpful with finding you the perfect location based on your budget and your needs. Additionally, maintenance is hard working and friendly.

Most pleasant place ever experienced!!!nIf you are looking for a nice and safe place to live at very reasonable price, these is the place!nThese properties are very well maintained and clean!.nAll stuff is very Good, they always act immediately and friendly. They make you feel like they really take care of you.nHighly recommended!!!

Worse management I've experienced. Definitely racist and disrespectful manager. They take months to fix small stuff ( if they plan to fix cuz sometimes they won't). Never live in any place they manage PERIOD
