I went on a tour and the man giving the tour was super nice and friendly and told us everything we needed to know! Super nice place! We really felt welcome while we were there.

There are a lot of undergraduates here, but what can you expect from a place right across from SIUC’s campus. Had a completely crazy roommate, but thankfully the office manager Valerie was super understanding and didn’t hesitate to take the time to find a unit I would be happy with. She definitely showed that they do care for the well being and safety of their tenants. The noise is annoying but it can be looked over since the management was so willing to accommodate to my specific wants and needs.

The property manager Carla does everything in her power to make you feel happy with your decision of picking Evolve. She is one of the best people you could meet. Thanks to her, I truly love this place! The apartments are very spacious and furnished nicely. There is great security there making Evolve feel very safe. I love how it is located right in the town down area and still walking distance to campus. I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.
