Good People. They have many properties to choose from. They're very prompt and the staff is very attentive. Very good people to rent from.

Here is a honest review:nPros:n-Cheap Rentn-Properties are decently cleaned upon move inn-Almost always answer the phonen-If you run into a situation, they will try to help you out (unexpected move, late on rent, etc.)n-Maintenance usually comes by quicklynCons:n-Properties/appliances are not updated..at..alln-They give you barely any storage spacen-75% sure they pay off city workers to do/say what they tell them ton-Upon move in, things will be broken (dishwashers, windows, doors, etc.)n-They lose receipts and then blame/charge you extran-You can't pay rent in cash because they don't know how to count itn-They don't follow the law unless confronted uponnnOverall, I wouldn't recommend renting from them but in a pinch they are somewhat easy to work with and have a lot of properties to pick from. They sure aren't the best in Carbondale but they also aren't the worst.

I'm not going to give 1 star or 5 because I never had dealing with these people.

We have had zero issues. Any problems we ran into with the property were quickly fixed (only minor appliance issues and such). Wonderful to rent from.

Moved in a little over a month ago. Place is grest considering the rent (cheap!) The gentleman at the office is professional and on top of it. Had a few small maintence things, and maintenance was sent over within 24 hours. Maintenance guys were friendly amd competent. Overall been a great, easy move in! Thanks Walker Rentals!
