I think all of the other one star reviews have pretty much covered most of my complaints, however, this one is new: out of chicken. They didn't bother to tell us until after we ordered and then wouldn't substitute shrimp - again didn't tell us. The sides were completely wrong, but hey, we got some extra nasty fries. When we called to tell them, the person argued with us and was rude. Will not go back.
Love the chicken planks and of course my Favorite A&W Rootbeer. Staff was polite
WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD!!!! I wouldn't leave them a single star but unfortunatly i had to in order to leave a review! The girl who took our order was by far the rudest person I've ever dealt with and blatantly ignored us when we went back to the window for our missing food and THEN decided to tell us the mac n cheese was frozen. Didn't tell us at the window the first time or offer to give us our money back since we DID pay for it!!! Or even offer anything else in it's place. LJS needs to get a tighter handle on their crew
they have amazing food very sweet people I would definitely love to go there again
