I used Fuzzy Wuzzy for the second year for my white nubby fuzzy wool area rug. They were great about pick up (on time, masked) & delivery. My rug is clean & looks softer & more beautiful than when it left.nnThe only thing I’d say is that if you’re messy & spill black coffee on the rug & don’t use a Scotch Guard or anything, they may not be able to totally remove it (I can still tell where it is). However, that’s definitely 100% on me. They were very upfront about that fact. They will also give you a price at pickup or if you know the size, over the phone. I really love that they pick up & deliver because I don’t see myself doing that! Their turn around time was only 6 days, and that seemed fast to me.nnEven though Fuzzy Wuzzy is a crazy name for a business and I was a little skeptical, I am definitely really happy for the second year in a row & will use them next year too!
Fuzzy Wuzzy Rug Cleaning was easy to schedule and fast. They came in under quote and delivery and drop off service is amazing! Best of all they were able to get the beer smell out of my area rug after I had tried steam cleaning, natures miracle and baking soda. I will definitely use them again!
Fuzzy Wuzzy was very easy to work with and plan out the pickup and delivery of my wool area rug. They were able to get it reset under all the furniture at delivery as well and it looks wonderful! Highly recommended.
I got a call 30 minutes before he showed up which I appreciated. He worked quickly and quietly. It was one of the easiest experiences I have had with a service person in my home. My floors look great!
They were so professional and on time and very communicative! I will definitely use them again!
