They really went above and beyond to get my 13 year old ready for her first day of school. My daughter is a new student and they had no available slots before her first day, so they opened early so she could be ready on time. Her hair is very curly and has always been difficult for her, and her stylist was super great at explaining things and answering her questions.
Stephanie is a great stylist, especially understanding of the old and deaf. It's difficult to cut light colored hair without steps. Stephanie does great work!
The beautician, Danielle, deserves a 5+ rating!! She is super nice and extremely skilled!nNow the 3 star rating is for the store itself. It was so filthy dirty that I'd be grossed out 9n a good day!! With a pandemic going on, not cool at all!! Besides hair laying around on the floor and nobody bothered to sweep, the carts and panels had dust on them accumulated for years. No kidding!! Gross!! I still will go back, Danielle is just THAT good!!

I've had 3 hair cuts from Lily at Tonic and she is absolutely amazing!! She knew exactly what I was looking for with my hair and was fun and conversational while doing it! Can't wait to be back
