They constantly mess up when using my comps and coupons. If the food wasn't so good I'd never come back. I am currently waiting for them to correct it. I have been waiting on a supervisor for 20 minutes so far......
If you are planning to dine. All there bottled soda and water is all Expired.
Horrible service. You have to ask for water or they won't bring it to you. Rude waitresses. Food mediocre.
Horrible experience. Waited almost 25 mins in line to place order after being told to hold on a few times. Was told my order would be ready in about 30 mins. Watched my food sit in the window for 20 mins after waiting the 30 mins. Talked to a manager who was not helpful at all, she was expediting and packed up my order and when I got back up to my hotel room I found out they didn't give me the main thing I ordered. Got something completely different. And my order of shrimp fried rice only had maybe 5 shrimp in it. Not the service or quality you would expect after spending $50. I will never go back.
