Very reasonable price (35$ for the visit, and the price of the product are barely higher than the non-medical ones), they dont push you for extra treatment of which you dont need. Wait time andnService are good too.

The examination I got was ok, but I was harassed with collections and bad credit score over a bill I had paid.nnWhat I'm complaining about is their disorganization when it comes to billing. I was harassed by their outsource billing company for months over a bill which I paid through my provider. I called my provider to get all the details of the payment and gave it to them but they kept calling me about the bill. This must have happened at least 4 times over several months.nnIt didn't stop there as Lake Washington Dermatology's billing person called asking for payment and threaten to send it to collections and give me a bad credit rating if I didn't pay. I told her again I gave the information to their billing department and asked if she actually read any details from my record. She had not and said she will get back to me.nnAfter that she called and said it was taken care of now as they messed up. Then the outsourced billing company called and said it was taken care of.nnThey lack the skills to manage your payments and it can't be blamed on the outsourced company as their own billing person threaten me with collections.nnIt gave me a lot of headaches and anxiety to be threaten with collections and bad credit score. I would highly recommend people not to go here as there are lots of other places to go.

Dr Campbell was great! Unfortunately he moved out of town.nSince I've seen Dr McGuire, he listens, answers questions and takes the time to explain. He is great too!

Dr. Susan Kim has been my dermatologist for 15 years. She is an expert at diagnosis and management of skin cancer. She has, over the years, competently and professionally cared for me and my entire family. Aside from her medical skills, she has also provided me cosmetic services. After receiving collagen filler and Botox, my friends all commented how youthful I looked and I have referred everyone I know to Dr. Kim. I have also done a series of different lasers to improve the appearance of my skin. Dr. Kim and her entire team use state of the art technology. She has been able to help me with the appearance of a terrible scar. After seeing many other doctors, Dr. Kim was the ONLY one who thought she could improve it for me - and she has!! Dr. Kim has an excellent bedside manner and is someone I would definitely recommend highly! I frequent her office and am there at least every other month. Go see her! She is amazing.
