I rented 159 knight Avenue Roanoke Alabama. I have always been faithful when it came to rent. I tried not to complain much but when I did nothing was done. I was told when I rented the place I never had to worry about having to get out. Well I noticed trae foster had put it up for sale. Many more at that. The house is a accident waiting to happen. Had to put a plank of wood from the kitchen over the laundry room were it is falling in to the bathroom so we didn’t hit the ground. The hot water heater well it’s sideways. The counters over the sink was falling over. Again was not fixed. The fan in the kitchen looked as if it were bowing to pray and it was a fire hazard through out the whole house. If you have electronics they will shortly be destroyed from the humidity as our 2 laptops and two TVs. The bedroom air conditioner leaked through the wall and rotted the whole side of the wall. Outside of the same air conditioner my wife fell through the wall. The wood is falling off the outside. The front steps well then are about to break. If that’s not enough black mold! Mildew! Rats the size of a small dog. You can not pack anything to leave bc we got robbed and called the police. How do you evict some one that is leaving. I did not miss two months paying. I missed one. Please don’t let your animals outside the dogs across the street will surely attack them or you. I have pictures after pictures. We hate to write a review but needs to be told. This is called a review. Oh yeah we left a running fridge running dryer, two desk, counters, running microwave and very expensive tanks for fish and snakes. Two beds and box springs and much more. We do know who scraped up all our cans stole our hose pipe. Took my moms lawn box and threw out what you did not want. Stealing is a law that god put in his commandments. Lies about me not paying two months is also in his commandments. I pray you don’t do this to anyone else. Now ty to Paula. You have our highest respect and to Pam. They were extremely nice to my kids who are moving out of our house into there own place..They also answered my questions to the best of their ability..
