We had the pleasure of working with TJ and his team to sell our house quickly as we were moving out of the area. We discussed all of the options and closed fairly quickly. The hardest part was packing up all of our stuff!

Guaranteed the chance to match any offer submitted after submitting the first offer on a property. Guaranteed 100% on a phone call with Wayne. Never had the chance to match other offers within 24 hours of ours and they signed another deal. Very disappointed in the dishonesty. Be careful when you make an offer and hear the same.
