The drive-thru girl was very rude and my order was all messed up

Unfortunately Today was Not a Good day for the front counter worker( who Should Have STAYED HOME ), I ordered the special 2@$6.00. I observed the worker Not add extra ( which I PAID for ). Once I informed the worker I informed them that they did not add extra, at which time the worker requested the extra ingredients from the sandwich maker and proceeded to throw the container in the bag with a Very Nasty ATTITUDE. I then requested a refund and informed the supervisor that I would like a refund Due to the employee having an ATTITUDE and then proceeded to Argue with the Customer. I have on Numerous occasions dined at this particular restaurant, but with employees having No Customer Service Experience, I am going to keep this incident as an Isolated case.

I get texts from Arby's. Yesterday was a special for buy one sandwich get one free. I got a brisket sandwich. So good!

I would have rated five stars but every time visit them they never give me napkins

Food is Great real Meat not processed meat service was great .Enjoyed inside Dinning And They Have The Meats
